“Villa Los Arcos” – the 5 star oceanfront Italian villa with ocean access and professional 5 star chef overlooking the arched rocks in Banderas Bay. Just 15 minutes south of the exciting old town Puerto Vallarta’s renowned Malecón seaside promenade.
Upon entering this stunning 7,200 square foot property, you are greeted with expansive ocean views surrounded by lush jungle in Puerto Vallarta’s almost perfect climate. This paradise is perfect for enjoying wildlife, whale watching, and exquisite sunsets.
All six complete master bedroom suites - each with its own full bath, uncompromising ocean views, and wifi - have your ultimate comfort in mind.

Payment
Fifty percent of rental total is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check in. All prices are quoted in USD and include all taxes. Rental rates include all of our full time staff (houseman, chef, maid, and security guard). Rental rates do not include gratuities payable to the staff, cost of groceries and shopping services, or refundable security deposit.

Security Deposit
Guests are charged a $750 USD refundable security deposit in addition to the rental rate.

Cancelation Policy
If the Guest cancels at least 30 days before the check-in date the Guest will receive a refund in the amount of 100% of what the Guest paid. If the Guest cancels on or before 14 days before check-in date, the Guest shall receive 50% of the amount paid. If the Guest cancels within 14 days before check-in date there shall be no refund.
Gratuities Payable To Staff
The villa’s rental rate doesn’t include gratuities payable to the staff (houseman, chef, maid, and security guard). Tipping is entirely up to you. Experience shows us that guests are so impressed with the food, service, and friendliness of our wonderful villa staff, they are eager to show their appreciation. A lot of guests ask for tipping suggestions. For a week stay, we recommend $40 USD per staff member, per day (houseman, chef, maid, and security guard). For a couple days stay, we recommend $60 USD per staff member, per day.

Groceries & Shopping Services
The villa’s rental rate doesn’t include the cost of groceries and shopping services. Our staff will purchase all food & beverage items that you will need for your group based upon your exact requests and simply present to you the receipts at no mark-up. The cost of two meals a day averages about $25 USD per person, per day (not including liquor or pre-stocking items). Transportation costs for the staff is an additional $25 USD per day. Please have cash (pesos or USD) available to pay the staff directly for all receipts.

Sundays & Holidays
Our staff will typically take the day off on Sundays, Christmas Day, and New Years Day, but they are available by request if you need them for an additional $100 USD. Staff always work on Sundays if it’s your day of check in or check out.
Weddings & Special Events
We require a 3 night minimum for weddings and events. On the day of your event you will be charged a $350 USD one time fee for additional staff to assist with setup and cleanup.

Houseman
Our local expert and houseman, Alfonso or “Poncho” is available to make any arrangements you need on site, including local activities, reservations, highly-rated hiking tours, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, and transportation.
Ocean Deck
Our private ocean deck, located just below the villa, is feet above the ocean waves. Sunbath, socialize, or have an intimate dinner while watching the breathtaking sunsets.
Free Wifi, Phone, & TV
Wireless internet can be accessed in each of the main living areas. Long distance calls to the US and Canada are free using the Vonage phone. The flat screen tv has satellite and Apple TV for easy account login.
Roll Away Beds

We can accommodate up to 14 guests. The villa has 2 fold-away beds that can be set up in Los Arcos Room, Palapa Room, or Den.

Private Chef
Chef Carlos specializes in healthy authentic Mexican cooking. Our kitchen can accommodate organic, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and any other dietary restrictions. Carlos is available to cook two meals a day, one main course, side dish, and dessert is prepared for the entire group.​
Housekeeper
​
Your private villa suite will be cleaned each and every day by our housekeeper Berta, or more frequently if necessary. Berta is incredibly meticulous and thoughtful. She can assist with any laundry you may need done during your stay.
Infinity Pool
Soak up 200 degree views of Banderas Bay in our chlorine-free infinity pool. Sip on one of Alfonso's Mango Margaritas and let your stress melt away.
Air Conditioning

Each bedroom at our villa has its own air conditioning unit. Please be energy efficient and keep the doors and windows shut while running the air conditioning units.
Children
For parents traveling with small children, the villa has 2 travel cribs and 1 highchair. Our staff are more than happy to accommodate your children's dietary needs and other accommodations.
Pre-Stocking
Our staff will purchase all grocery items that you will need for your group based upon your exact requests and simply present to you the receipts at no mark-up. Please coordinate your pre-stocking items before your arrival with a member of our staff.
Security Guard

We want to make you feel safe and sound, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. The villa has a night security guard Jorge who patrols the property. Each bedroom suite has their own safe.
Gym / Sauna
​
Exercise to views of the ocean and the Los Arcos nature preserve in the villa's air-conditioned exercise room with elliptical cardiac machines. Relieve sore muscles and improve your overall health and well-being with our infrared sauna.
Water Purification System
​
Although Puerto Vallarta’s water is supposed to be potable, the villa has its own state of the art water purification system. All the water at the villa is safe to drink as well as the ice.

Carlos' cooking is included with the villa rental, however the cost of food, beverages, and transportation costs for shopping is additional. Food and drinks at our villa is very economical, typically averaging about $25 USD per person per day for food (not including liquor and pre-stocking items). Transportation costs to do the grocery shopping is an additional $25 USD a day. Please have cash (pesos or USD) available to pay Alfonso directly for all grocery and pre-stocking receipts everyday.

Please provide us with your group's flight arrival and departure information as well as your meal selection for the day of your arrival so a member of our staff can assist you with check in and check out. If you'd like any pre-stocking items please let us know.
Directions
​
Tell your driver you are going to Villa Los Arcos near Mismaloya Bay. Travel through Old Town Puerto Vallarta and head south on highway 200 until you reach the 10.9 KM mark. Villa Los Arcos will be on the right side just before Mismaloya Bay. Show your driver photos of the front of the house so they can recognize it when they drive by. The villa sits directly in front of the famous "Los Arcos" (the arches) in Bahia de Banderas (Banderas Bay). The local phone number for the villa is 228-0470. If you need any assistance with directions you can call and speak to Alfonso our houseman.

Taxis/Shuttles
​
Taxis are a great way to get around the city. A oneway taxi fair should be $45 USD from PVR Airport to the villa and $15 USD from the villa to the Malecón boardwalk. If you'd prefer to use a shuttle service, we recommend contacting Arturo at VIP Vallarta Transportation.
Tipping
​
Tipping is entirely up to you. For a week stay, we recommend $275 USD per staff member . For a couple days stay, we recommend $60 USD per staff member per day.

Cultural Sites
Along with beautiful beaches and jungles, you’ll discover picturesque landmarks including The Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe and contemporary sculptures on the Malecón boardwalk. Visit the famous movie filming locations of Godzilla, Predator and Night of The Iguana.
Sandy Beach
Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, water activities, restaraunts, and vendors at Mismaloya Beach - located within a short walking distance from Villa Los Arcos. This lovely cove has a full view of Los Arcos Marine Reserve and is a great place to snorkel, jet ski, kayak, paddle board, or hire a boat driver.

The spectacular marine reserve is located just off of the villa's private ocean deck. You’ll find caves, deep tunnels, arches and a beautiful reef great for snorkeling. Travel by kayak or boat and enjoy observing whales, seabirds and tropical fish.
Vallarta Botanical Gardens

Enjoy 64-acres of native and exotic plants from around the world. Hike the garden grounds, swim in the river, do some bird watching, enjoy a delicious lunch, and do some boutique shopping. The botanical gardens has the largest native orchid collection.
Puerto Vallarta Electric Bikes
Explore the city without the hassle of traffic and parking with Puerto Vallarta's Electric Bikes. Power through soft sandy beaches, cobbled roads, and rugged trails. Switch between automatic and manual pedaling. Self guided routes, tour guided trails, daily rentals, and weekly rentals.
