Payment

Fifty percent of rental total is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in. All prices are quoted in USD and include all taxes. We accept PayPal/Credit Card (extra 3% fee). Rental rates include our full time staff (houseman, chef, maid, and security guard). Rental rates do not include gratuities payable to the staff, cost of groceries and shopping services, or refundable security deposit. 

Refundable Security Deposit

Guests are charged a $750 USD refundable security deposit in addition to the rental rate.

Gratuities Payable To Staff

The villa’s rental rate doesn’t include gratuities payable to the staff (houseman, chef, maid, and security guard). Tipping is entirely up to you. Experience shows us that guests are so impressed with the food, service, and friendliness of our wonderful villa staff, they are eager to show their appreciation. A lot of guests ask for tipping suggestions. For a week stay, we recommend $40 USD per staff member, per day (houseman, chef, maid, and security guard). For a couple days stay, we recommend $60 USD per staff member, per day.

Groceries & Shopping Services

The villa’s rental rate doesn’t include the cost of groceries and shopping services. Our staff will purchase all food & beverage items that you will need for your group based upon your exact requests and simply present to you the receipts at no mark-up. The cost of two meals a day averages about $25 USD per person, per day (not including liquor or pre-stocking items). Transportation costs for the staff is an additional $25 USD per day. Please have cash (pesos or USD) available to pay the staff directly for all receipts.

 

Sundays & Holidays

Our staff will typically take the day off on Sundays, Christmas Day, and New Years Day, but they are available by request if you need them for an additional $100 USD. Staff always work on Sundays if it’s your day of check in or check out.

 

Weddings & Events

We require a 3 night minimum for weddings and events. The rate is $1,600 USD a night from January to April and $1,400 USD a night from May to December. Christmas and New Years is $2,000 USD a night with a 7 night minimum. The nighty rental rates include our full time staff (houseman, chef, maid, and security guard). Nightly rental rates do not include gratuities payable to the staff or cost of groceries and shopping services. On the day of your event you will be charged a $350 USD one time fee for additional staff to assist with setup and cleanup.
